We also made significant improvements to our corporate website to provide existing and potential\u00a0clients\u00a0with\u00a0resource material to help build confidence in the Federal Auction Service brand. The result was a steady increase in attendance at events through the first three quarters of 2012 and a record-breaking fourth quarter to end the year.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With growing event attendance, in 2013 we focused on ensuring our existing\u00a0clients\u00a0had the same great experience and efficiency they have come to expect\u00a0from Federal Auction Service. At the same time, our staff did an exceptional job of welcoming new\u00a0clients\u00a0and making them comfortable by addressing\u00a0questions and concerns promptly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Beginning in 2012 and throughout 2013 we saw growth both in the number of buyers attending events and total sales revenues.
